Today we’re in the very distinctive Karma Studios North London where we welcome Dave Burn to the sessions, accompanied by Luke Price.
Dave Burn is a London-based performer of rootsy folk and ambient Americana, distinguished by his memorable melodies and shrewd lyricism. His EP Medium Dave (apparently not a Discworld reference) came out late last year, and this first track is the lead from that.
Outside his solo work, Dave was a founder member of Folk/Americana band ahab and
currently performs alongside singer-songwriter Kirsten Adamson in harmony based duo The Marriage as well as playing in Orphan Colours.
Dave will playing the Green Note in London on the 11th April.
