FFS releases charity Christmas album

7 December 2010
By Lynn Roberts

For Folk’s Sake is delighted to present: For Folk’s Sake It’s Christmas.

It’s our first ever release, and we’re selling it in aid of the Integrated Cancer Centre at King’s College London, which provides cancer care as well as being at the cutting egde of research.

All the artists involved donated their time and skills for free to help the ICC, and spread some Christmas cheer. Mark Gamble of Secretly Swedish is responsible for the awesome artwork and Joe Innes lent his considerable technical skills and patience to master the record.

I am completely blown away and hugely grateful to all of them.

FFS will be giving you more information about all the artists involved over the coming weeks, but for now sit back and enjoy some feel-good festive folk.

Merry Christmas,

Lynn & the FFS team
