Session | Louis Brennan – Silence

We’re pleased to present the first of our session videos featuring singer-songwriter Louis Brennan. Louis’s songwriting covers modern society and politics, often critical and introspective, and tempered with dark humour.

The first song is ‘Silence’, he’s what Louis says about it:

Silence is a song about the fallacy of consumer choice as political choice and my sense of revulsion at the self-congratulatory nature of an inward looking socially liberal yet fiscally conservative young professional and commercial creative class. It’s also about drinking beer on the bus!

If you’re in London on Thursday 11th May you can catch Louis playing at The Slaughtered Lamb.

You can find Louis on Facebook and Twitter as well as his own site. Louis’s album, Dead Capital, comes out later this year.
