You may well have noticed that here at FFS, we’re pretty keen on Christmas music. No doubt you already have your copy of For Folk’s Sake it’s Christmas 2012… right?
Well, if you do, you’ll know our Canadian chums Friend Of All The World make beautiful, atmospheric music which is perfect for the festive period. Their track ‘That Old Year Now Away Is Fled’ is a haunting highlight of this year’s compilation and we’re super excited to have it on the album.
If you love it as much as we do, you’ll be thrilled to know there’s more – and it’s free. FOATW have produced their second Christmas EP ‘Christmas Time – Volume 2’ and they’re giving it away on their website. It would be a frankly odd decision if you chose not to download it.
